Health Clinic
Access Health East Fort Bend is now operating on our site from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Access Health provides adult and pediatric (children 6 months and up) care for our community, particularly to those lacking health insurance coverage.
Health Services offered at the East Ford Bend site:
- Sick visits
- Annual exams
- Immunizations
- Physical and mental development
- Health, safety, and nutrition education
- Providing answers regarding your child's health
- Providing solutions to your questions and concerns
Fees
Access Health accepts most major insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare and the Children’s Health Insurance Plan (CHIP). Regular co-pay applies.
For the uninsured or under-insured, Access Health also offers a sliding fee scale based on family income for those who qualify. Payment ranges from $10 to $40 which includes the office visit and provider diagnostic testing.
Enrollment Counselors are available onsite to assist with eligibility and applications for Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Plan (CHIP), Health Insurance Marketplace and other assistance programs.
